Good quality product, very few side effects compared to monohydrate

A great product that can be incorporated with anyone's goals, whether that is building endurance or building muscle. I usually mix the recommended serving with 500-600ml of juice (water and cordial) in a protein shaker. I tend to leave it for a while and sip it an hour and a half before my workout. as you're not necking it in one go, it dissolves a lot better that way. If it's left a good time to dissolve, there are no bits at the bottom and you cant taste anything! Just like having the juice on its own. I have noticed that my muscles feel a lot fuller during the workout and a lot of the time, my muscles feel pumped a lot of the time after cycling it for 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend it as a 250g pouch can last a long time if you stick to 10g a day. Maybe cycle a pouch a time so you don't need to buy loads in one go?
