It might be healthy to cook with but ..... Warm it up in hot water, get a nice small sponge, put some olive oil on it, add a little melted conconpure oil to the sponge as well and massage it into your skin, cheap and extremely effective moisturiser, totally natural, leaves skin with a nice sheen as well.
