It makes a great skin moisturiser, hair treatment, lubrication for shaving, and 'other things'. Spoon a bit out and you're good to use it however you wish. Does a great job in all applications. Love this coconut oil, it is quite pricey but actually MP s' is good value compared to other makes. I like to fry omelettes with it and it's nice in coffee mixed with butter, yeah try it! Great health benefits. Goes Well With: omelettes and coffee
