This is an amazing product. Very heat-stable and tasty, even on its own - when cooking with it, I always lick the spoon I use to transport it from the tub clean. It may add a hint of coconut flavour to certain foods (though I've only noticed this with eggs), but this can actually improve the taste rather than spoil it. I would recommend this to anyone looking to use a healthy, heat-stable oil in their cooking adventures!

Been really impressed with this only got turned on to the whole "bulletproof" stuff recently and the benefits of Coconut/MCT Oil. I use a couple of tablespoons in my Kale Shake every morning (couple of handfuls of Kale, 1/3 Cucumber, 1 Pear, 25g Ginger, 4 sticks Celery) - thanks Joe Rogan and it really helps with the uptake of the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K). Tastes and blends fine and gives a nice silky "mouthfeel" to the smoothie. Great product just wish it was available in bigger sizes.

I use this for frying eggs, chicken, anything basically. It is also great for roasting sweet potatoes. Love the stuff.

Comes rock solid but after leaving at room temp for a couple of days it's like spreadable butter. Tastes lovely and use for cooking everything be it frying chicken or roasting sweet potato chips (highly recommend).

I use this on a bran bagel in the morning as a butter replacement (it is not spreadable from the fridge but it has such a low melting point that crumbling some on the warm bagel is no problem) and then wholenut peanut butter ontop and it's an excellent start! I know it says this can be used for cooking but I found it smokes like a bugger!
