The Chocolate Orange protein tastes really good. It mixes well with water and milk and doesnt have any after taste. The oats are perfect for a quick morning protein snack and mix really well with the shaker... it does get a little thick but thats expected. The dextrose gives you some instant energy and tastes pretty good with just water but it can be mixed with juice. Really happy with the purchase. Great value for everything that you get! Im halfway through my 2nd batch of this. Dont be put off by the lack of reviews, this is an excellent bundle. The protein tastes great & everything mixes really well. I followed the suggested use plan & saw results within a fortnight. Deffinately works if you want to gain quality lean muscle. If you just want to 'get big' this isnt for you, but if you want to gain real definition as well as size, look no further. Rapid delivery & well packaged. I bought this Big Deal Bundle one year ago, and it is great because there are a range of products. As well as a balanced diet, you can have daily vitamins: Omega 3 in the morning then a protein shake with creatine and oats at brunch. After training, you can have a protein shake with dextrose (this will spike insulin, energising your metabolism allowing the protein to hit your soar muscles quickly) along with more omega 3 tablets. Sticking to some sort of routine like this with a good balanced diet feels great. The protein tastes lovely, I got chocolate orange and the dextrose is lovely when mixed. The oats are best blended, oats and protein are great for meal replacement/drinking with breakfast. The shaker is awesome too. The protein is great protein as I've had many different products offering different chemicals but this protein is pure. This product is good for a lean look, but not for mass gaining or if trying to lose fat.
