Honestly the best investment I’ve made so far. I’ve only used them for a week and I’m already seeing forearm veins I’ve never seen before. Amazing quality and easy to put on and off of equipment  Goes Well With: Dumbbells. Barbells. Cables 

Very challenging but I like a challenge! Bought the original fat gripz and they were a great training aid especially during arm training! Thought I’d step it up a notch and try get gripz extreme and I must say I already have seen growth in my upper arms and forearms only from using a handful of times now. Definitely worth the money and should be a regular addition to your arm training or any other body parts that you want more of a challenging exercising.

This are very extreme grips I recommend starting with the blue fat gripz and if you confident enough about your grip strength then definitely upgrade to the extreme.  Goes Well With: Workout 

It's really good for forearm gives it totally different pump

I actually got these because I had bad tendonitis (tennis elbow) and couldn't grip a dumbbell. These really helped during the rehab with a very wide grip and meant I could still work out. Still use them now. Makes the dumbbell feel like 50% heavier
