Always wanted to incorporate bands into my training!

I ordered the Myprotein green resistance band, however, I wanted the purple one initially but due to the weird way it is explained - the kg's explain the resistance it gives not the amount of weight it holds. However, I ordered so I can learn pull ups as I can't do them without any support and it is absolutely great and as it turns out the green was better than the purple one which would have been thinner not give the support I need. It would be good if they could put the colour next the kgs so you can see the thickness as well as the resistance it gives. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Pull Up bar

I find these Myprotein Resistance Bands a lot of help within the gym, especially the red band with my shoulder rehab, plus other bands for help on pull ups. I would recommend these.

Myprotein Resistance Bands are brilliant for stretching, keeping loose and avoiding aching muscles the day after training. Simply stretch away whilst watching TV! However, I miss hand grips and the lack of a guide.
