This bra is really comfortable and you feel well supported, I have worn for high impact sports and had no issues at all. The colour and style is really nice. I would say the sizing is good 

Love the fit and style so much I bought it in blue too. I’m normally a 12/14 and got a size XL, I could probs squeeze in a large too.  like is so much because some days I’m quite self conscious about my back fat so don’t want to wear a smaller sports bra so this is perfect for them days

I’ve been in need of new gym wear and decided to try My Protein. Normally i struggle to find a sports bra with the right support that doesn’t have an uncomfortable band that pushes into me and rides up but this bra is extremely comfortable. I happily wear it throughout my day instead of feeling the need to change after a workout. It’s also a beautiful colour and shape, and the rushing makes it extremely flattering. True to size. Highly recommend
