I bought one of these to try as I have shoulder issues and struggle to get my hand up behind my back to do up a normal sports bra. The hooks and eyes on these are just above waist height so I can do them up fairly easily. I usually wear a 30E bra so bought a M initially but the band felt loose and I didn't feel very well supported. I then bought a S, which felt more supportive but not supportive enough for anything high impact eg running, HIIT. They are fine for indoor cycling and weight training though and I love the colour.
