so....ok...this might not make sense because im writing this high on pre-workout. I'm a UK 18-20 sometimes 20-22. I'm probably leaning more towards 20-22. small cheseted (B cup). its definitely a tight fit but it holds everything in place for sure. I'm not toooo sure how it'll fit for anyone larger but its a pretty secure fit.
