I am in the short leg department at 5ft 3 so this length is great for me. I find they are squat proof, don't fall down during burpees and keep me cool. I team these with the ultra power bra - winning combo for me. I wear these on cardio day like circuit's, HIIT and spin as I don't have to keep pulling them up. I'm a large in all other MP leggings so stuck with that and they're a good snug stay put fit.
