I got the 4L (4000ml) tub for my protein powder (1kg bag) and it comfortable fits in the with a bit of extra room, it has a good seal and keep my powder dry and free of contaminants. The only down side it that you can't compact the powder into the scoop because of the hard sides (something i like about the bags) but that's no issue just add a little extra so all in all it does the job <B>Goes Well With:</B> Protein powder

After a week i can't say a lot about effectiveness. But taste (vanilla) and mix-ability are great. Always go for Vanilla after a recommendation from a friend, and to be honest its not far off a normal vanilla shake. Heard horror stories of some of the more unusual flavours, and also that strawberry although most common is pretty horrible (with regard to protein shakes in general not MyProteins shakes specifically.
