Great size and easy to fit into a gym bag full of equipment, The storage slot at the end of the shaker only holds one scoop of protein but that inst really a problem, I use it for my vitamins and daily fish oils and tabs. I wont be buying any other shakers than this one well worth the money nice slick design. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Myprotein - protein /w water and storage for tabs / protein.

Nice Smaller Shaker but just enoguh. Was afraid when I received it that I won't be able to mix anything because it lookes so small. But just enough to mix whey, and have additional portion of whey, tabs or whatever in that compartment below. Great shaker to add to your collection of shakers :)
