Love this item it’s perfect for me where I’m trying to strengthen my wrists and improve my grip. But for my hubby who shares this with me it just isn’t heavy enough. Otherwise for me perfect!

Work well and have good resistance, but are noisy, after a few go's, found them to be making a load clicking noise from the spring, that is a horrible sound, found some wd40 helped, but still not great.

The only problem is the spring, it keeps clicking whenever i squeeze it too fast. I guess it’s good as it lets me know if i’m doing it too fast, but it’s annoying sometimes.

Reasonable quality although the spring seems to catch on the weaker tension.  Wouldn’t buy if have strong grip and need larger resistance.
