Don’t slip into the shoe. Low enough to barely see but not so low you can feel the inside / tongue of trainer. 

The socks were fantastic quality and kept me comfortable throughout my whole work out as well as looking great.

I ordered these after loosing the will to live with trainer liners that ping off your heel 5 minutes into your day! These are lovely and soft and stay in place all day. Would definitely buy again!

These socks are really lightweight and low cut, very minimal cushioning on the ankle flap bit (don’t really know what it’s called).  These would be great for a summers day but not really very good for workouts or running. For me anyway.
