Its a pretty good shaker but seems very fragile. I have dropped other shakers and never has one broken or cracked but the first time i dropped this from waist height the whole of the bottom section cracked off. The good thing about this shaker is that it has a carabiner attachment otherwise i would stick with other shakers.

This bottle is perfect for my partner as I have the slim smart shaker which are small he moans about , this arrived as a freebie and he loves it it's the right size for men!! Goes Well With: Protein! Water! Milk! Etc...

This just works so well, mixes up perfectly and doesn't get any lumps It's nice and big too
