This shaker is so good, it's the perfect size to use for water during the day. It makes you drink a good amount. And then when you go to gym, you can then just add your protein powder and you're good to go. It's perfect. Definitely would recommend.

It's big enough, does the job, I added a mixer ball from an old bottle and can't fault it.
