I was somewhat skeptical when I got this item, I mean a shaker bottle is a shaker bottle right? WRONG. This is a excellent shaker and such an improvement from my standard myprotein shaker bottle, don't get me wrong I loved my orginal standard myprotein shaker bottle, but once I tried the smartshake lite I'm afraid my old bottle is never going to get used again. It's the ideal size at 1 litre, and the mixing is of the highest standard, no lumps whatsoever! Not only is it highly practical, it's pretty stylish too as far as shaker bottles go. Premium design, solid, resistant, good grip, super easy to wash and it doesn't retain smell. I use it to mix my protein powder and I also use it as my main water recipient. It's easy to carry, even if it's a 1L, and very easy to drink out of, without any spilling.
