Very effective and easy to use. The extra padding makes more of a difference than I thought it would, compared to other lifting straps I've used.

I find the straps extremely helpful when I lift now. They give me that extra hand when I lift and allows me to lift more Goes Well With: I use them when I mainly do back exercises
