Great for added resistance on bar exercises. Useful for pull ups also.

Really good band, works for people 100kg, I haven't checked any higher but it's quite helpful for muscle ups and to really finish of your back when doing chin ups, can also help with dips but I haven't used it for anything else

These bands are very strong, even as a powerlifter . Great for adding extra resistance and banded joint mobilisation 

Great, high quality bands however extremely strong. I read 23kg and figured I could easily bicep curl that. With these I can barely flex them. Probably good for assisted pull ups but definitely can't see how you'd use these for general upper body work straight out the box...
