Great prep work for creating elasticity in the muscles before training sets. Strong, variable tension and does not snap.

Brilliant for mixing up workout. Using with or with out weights always makes for more fun in workouts. Highly recommend for home work outs 5*

I have 0 complaints about this band as it was exactly as advertised. I am 5ft 6 & 12 stone (168 pounds or 76.2 kg) and for me the band allows me to do all types of compound and isolation exercises. Only thing to note is that this band can not be used to build or maintain muscle as it is light even when fully stretched. But I think it would be good for stretching type of movements.
