Good foam roller, great to have in the house. A little hard but effective

Very good recovery method especially for soreness and fatigued muscles. Very light, not so compct as cannot be transferred easily but then again it wouldnt serve its purpose if it was easy to fold Goes Well With: Training elastic bands

Great foam roller. I've used the original foam roller by KT, and this foam roller works as well as that. The MP decal started peeling off a few days after I received it though.

I've been using the foam roller twice a week after my leg workout and I feel like they are recovering faster. Also great for stretching the back and shoulders.

Swift delivery and well protected when delivered. Very effective to remove knots and stress in leg muscles. Loads of videos available on YouTube to get the most from the roller. Early days but great quality, fit for purpose and is firm enough to be effective without being unforgiving.
