The "rope" that attaches the screw-on lid to the bottle wore out pretty quickly once I started using the bottle frequently. I would always pick the bottle up by it and it recently snapped, causing me to drop the bottle (only from about a foot high), which then broke. Other than that I was very happy with my use of the bottle.
