This bottle as stated might not be friendly to clean however it always reminds you to drink water at the gym when working out or taking any supplements. Been using this for a while and can say that I recommend this for anyone taking gym seriously and trying to keep up with their nutrition goals. Goes Well With: Water.

Since the bottle holds a decent amount of water it is easier to drink enough water in a day as you don't need to constantly fill it up. Before I got it I never got anywhere near enough water but now I get more than enough
