Great value shaker. Mixes easy with protien.

Mixes shakes really well and quickly. Good size and secure lid. Measurements on the bottle are really clear and as they are not printed they won't fade over time

I have two of these and both leak. Neither will seal when you screw the lid on. I also have two of the 'shaker bottles' and these work great... do yourself a favour and get these. Same price but much much better. Goes Well With: A mop.....

If you have trouble mixing with this shaker, fill it halfway full and then shake it. If you fill it all the way you are not going to get a good shake. Not filling it up all the way before shaking is a good practice regardless of which shaker you buy. As long as I make sure i hear the "pop" when i press in the spout cover and make sure the threads of the cap and shaker are aligned everything works as expected. mixes well. The only quibble, the stiff spout cap attachment to the main cap gets in your eye, and if you hold it back with a finger you are liable to snap the attachment off. Mine is being held together with duct tape. Other than that, is great. Goes Well With: protein and liquids

It's a bigger size than the blender ball bottles and therefore just about fits a big gainer shake. Also the grille is more effective than the blender ball, especially as you can use it for thicker shakes like Total Breakfast without a ball to get stuck in the gloop. Perfect smooth shakes each time. The only problem I've had is that the lip on the spout cover has broken. This makes it very difficult to remove and replace the cap. It's been going for a long time though so I have no problems with replacing it. Goes Well With: Any shakes, large capacity and good mixing with the grille. Better than a blender ball.
