This does what it says on the tin! Its a shaker. it mixes shakes well, and is also good for mixing other things such as protein pancake and muffin mix, making them silky smooth. I have other shakers (ones with the metal ball) and this is just as good, if not better. I personally don't like this for protein shakes as its very large, but would be fine for someone who takes a big shake, or for water. Goes Well With: Things that need mixing

This shaker does exactly what you'd expect, leaves absolutely no lumps even if you use 2/3 scoops of protein in it, and only takes about 10 seconds of vigorous shaking to get it smooth. Would definitely recommend.

The protein shaker is pretty good to an extent. Sometimes the skater lid unscrews and let's small amount lets small amounts of your protein shake out of it causing some mess. However you can't complain much when it comes free with your order when you spend a certain amount of money.
