Shaker is really good thanks to it being metal meaning I do not have to worry about it breaking in me in the gym.

So the absolute joke of a brand has decided to whack measurements on the outside of the shaker. The only issue is YOU CANNOT SEE HOW MUCH LIQUID IS IN THE BOTTLE. I'm not even convinced the measurements are correct. MyProtein's product design is likely conducted by a group of chimpanzees.
