If you are after a lifting belt, go for the size up, I'm a 36" waist and this product is far too small for me. Either that or they sent me the wrong size.

This belt is decent, its comfortable never once while using it have i thought about not having enough support, the padding at the back is just enough to make it comfortable but nothing less to where it provides nothing, the buckle is strong to, i mean im a big lad and doesnt give way so to speak
