Great belt, feels cheap when recieved but after I used it a couple of times a really good belt. Would recommend to buy a size smaller.

Was struggling with back pain when lifting. This has helped stop it and correct my form

This belt is great for when you are first starting off in the gym. I would not recommend it for lifting 150kg or higher as it feels like it is about to snap and it is not very sturdy which isn't ideal for supporting your lower back. even though it is considerably cheap for a belt I would defiantly invest in a high standard belt that gives you the proper support.

I bought mine about 7 years ago and it’s still going strong with two uses (dead’s and squats) per week. 

Great belt, fits well and is comfortable and supporting during lifts.
