Good product and reasonably priced. These really helped with heavy squats and giving me the confidence with going heavier

I have been using this wrap for a couple of weeks and I definitely feel a difference during workout. It increases the efficiency with an additional 5-10 %. I have some knee problems, and it helps me during squats and heavier leg exercises. They do not hurt at all ... The only negative thing I can say (and I'm not sure whether this is because I can't wrap it tight enough), that now and then, you need to fix it otherwise it keeps slipping apart...

First pair of knee wraps I've purchased. I've only used them a few times but they seem solid and didn't experience any knee pain like I had when not using them (though this could be more to do with the fact I was over-training!).
