I was a bit skeptical at first as to wether this would be accurate, ecspecially as my body fat percentage was lower than I thought, Definately thought I was fatter!!! but after doing research I believe it is, it's cheap, accurate and a great way to track progress!! Although on the chart it provides they both say for men, I had to work out myself wich was supposed to be the female one

Not the most precise tool but it gets a great rating for its sheer value for money and it would be quite accurate for something so simple

I hate to be negative, but after following the instructions provided and checking with several online methods of estimating body fat with calipers, it's clear that these are terribly inaccurate. Either that or my body fat percentage really is under 7%, and somebody should inform my bathroom mirror.
