For the price these are really good. The body fat that they calculated for myself seems a reasonable estimate so I think they're a good tool for getting an idea of your body fat %. Of course they're not going to be 100% accurate but they at least allow you to get an estimate so that you can compare the figures week after week. So they give you a good idea of how much fat you are losing.
