I love all home made sweets with nuts, dates and seed - these are kind of similar to ones that I do at home. They are priceless however and a bit oily, also I discovered that by gut do not respond well to peanuts so could not use them without feeling bloated.  Goes Well With: Tea

I felt very healthy eating them but they are so unpleasant and taste of nothing. The texture makes me feel nauseous and I could only eat one. Goes Well With: Dirt - you wouldn’t be able to taste the difference 

A great tasting simple snack, with a good amount of protein, just the right flavour too, not overpowering with just a hint of peanut butter, A great little addition to your sports bag as a quick post-workout snack.

These are handy snacks with added vitamins which is great. They taste like/have the texture of a date, which I'm not a huge fan of, but if you like dates then these are fab! Hint of peanut butter is nice too and not overpowering! Goes Well With: On-the-go snack!
