These bras are honestly the most comfortable things I've ever worn! I spend the majority of my rest days in these bras as they give just enough support for day-to-day activities. Would probably also be ideal for yoga/pilates type exercises. I'm a 34B, and normally wear a 10/12 on top; ordered a M and they fit perfectly and look so flattering.
