Agree with the other review, although the 1 week meal plan does seem useful, the fact they only provide the recipe for 3 of the actual meals out of 21 (7X3 +a snack) makes the whole thing pretty pointless.

Not much in this to be honest. They provide a meal plan for 7 days, but only recipes for 4 things ... one of which is a smoothie (cop out) and another is mushroom fajitas (bluh). Tried to search google for the stir fry recipe - no joy. This “guide” is pretty useless.
