Quality resistance band

5*!!  Great for adding that extra resistance in workouts. Helps with isolation exercises and the drawstring pouch is great for keeping it safe and carrying round the gym.  It’s a perfect resistance but not too much it’s impractical to use

Good quality material, good Barbell hip thrusts or lighter activation with the band. I think I would get the heavy activation band if you're needing is soley for activation!
