It doesn’t get much more revealing than having a sneak peek into someone’s fridge, right? And if you’re anything like us, then you’re more than a little curious to know exactly what’s fuelling some of our top Myprotein athletes. 

Our YouTube series Rate My Fridge is here to satisfy that curiosity — giving you exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to the eating habits of some of our favourite ambassadors. 

In this episode, we’re taking a look inside the fridge of athlete, Imani-Lara Lansiquot, and it features some surprisingly indulgent items. Featuring lots of cheese and a whole dessert shelf we, could definitely get used to living like an athlete. Imani-Lara also spills the tea (or hot chocolate) on her guilty pleasure, and reveals that she likes berries in her salads... the jury’s out on that one.
