Head to Head is back and ready to put two of our ambassadors to the test to decide who’s Queen of the Gym.

This episode sees Eloise Head from @Fitwaffle go up against Stefanie Moir from @Naturallystefanie in tests of speed, strength and endurance. But who will be crowned Queen of the gym?

Challenge One

Who can make a clear protein shake the fastest?

With competitive spirits running high, the challenge began. Although it raised many questions. What goes in first, the water or the protein? And more importantly. How long do you need to shake it for until it’s ready?

We don’t recommend trying this challenge at home. Making a shake in a rush may result in shaker lids that aren't properly attached to your shaker. You’ll stand in despair as protein gets sprayed all over your kitchen.

Challenge Two

Who can do the most press ups in 30 seconds?

Eloise took a strong lead in this challenge. It looked like there could be no stopping her. A sudden surge of energy took over Stefanie as she quickly caught up. The ambassadors appeared to be neck and neck for the majority of the challenge. Until one stormed ahead on the last few reps, leaving her the winner of the challenge. But who was it?

Challenge Three

Who can hold a plank for the longest?

Fortunately, for one of our contestants it’s the taking part that counts. With spirits high, both ambassadors managed to last almost two minutes. That's a win in itself.

Take Home Message

With a phenomenal performance from both competitors, the day drew to a close. The winner took all, but who was it? Tune in to find out.

If she’s not in the kitchen, she’s tucked up with a book for an early night, or you’ll find her in the gym working up a sweat. Afterall, all those carbs require quite the appetite.
