Another week, another internet compilation. Never miss a viral post from the world of sports, fitness, and nutrition again.

Gone are the days of endless scrolling to see the good stuff – we have it all in one place. You can thank us later.

Malin Malle recently won first place in the Swedish Championships in Calisthenics And Street Workout.

Is there anything she can’t do?

We’ve seen it all

Just when we thought the internet couldn’t get any more bizarre, Niv Bekerman completes a handstand on a donkey.

Well when boredom takes over what else are you supposed to do?

We don't advise working out on animals, this donkey seems chilled about the whole thing, but we imagine your dog, cat, or hamster would feel very differently...

Steel core... and a lot of trust

If you’ve got any spare time over the weekend, here’s one to try.

We’re just wondering if our gym partner is reliable enough for us to try this one out. We’re thinking we could be dropped on our face.

[instagram url= hide_caption=true;]Zion Clark has won the world record for the fastest human to complete 20m on two hands.

We definitely don’t want to go up against him in a race... we don’t like to lose.

Challenge accepted

We’ve been seeing this challenge around a lot recently. It involves doing a push up and tapping the top of some water. Sound easy? Well, you have to make as little of a splash as possible.

Oh. Did we mention it’s a one-handed push up?

Or if you'd prefer...

Here's Malin Malle's attempt from a few weeks ago. She took a slightly different approach. We're not sure which one looks easier.

But, again. Is there anything she can't do.

Ahh freshers...

My question is, how do you even find out you can do this?

Freshers' week. A week of partying, meeting new people, and apparently discovering things out about your new flat...

I wonder how many flat corridors you could do this in. And I wonder how much it goes unnoticed. Such a shame. Such wasted hallway potential.
