Anyway, hopefully that's convinced you... Here’s how to quench that post-workout thirst in style.
- Shaker of water
- 1 scoop Very Cherry Clear Whey
- 1 Cherry Fruit Tea Bag
- Handful of ice
- As much fruit as you'd like for garnishing
In your favourite shaker, mix 1 scoop of Very Cherry Clear Whey with water.
Boil the kettle, brew your tea for a few minutes and then place in the fridge to cool down.
In a jug, mix the Clear Whey with your cooled tea, add ice and stir.
Garnish with whatever fruit you fancy, and enjoy!
