, has let us in on one of her go-to sweet treats for when cravings strike. And with 7g of protein per pot this is a great little boost for you macros. Plus they’re brimming with flavour, featuring fresh raspberries and Very Cherry Clear Whey from the Jelly Belly range.Ingredients
- 12g gelatine powder
- 1scoop Clear Whey (Very Cherry)
- Handful raspberries
Instructions
- Add the water and Clear Whey into a shaker and mix until fully combined 
- Pour the mixture into a pan and sprinkle in the gelatine 
- Leave for around five minutes, then warm the mixture up on a medium heat. You don’t want the mixture to boil, just allow it to warm through 
- Whisk until the gelatine is completely dissolved 
- Pour your mixture into your pots 
- Add a few raspberries into each before chilling in the fridge for four hours or until completely set
