Can I change my flavour choices and how?
There are loads of flavours to choose from with our protein powder, bars and snacks, so we’ve made it easy to switch them up whenever you fancy. Just head to your account, click My Subscriptions, and then edit the product you want to change.
Can I choose when it's delivered?
When it comes to delivery, you call the shots. Pick the best time and date that suits you, and we’ll handle the rest. And as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can amend your selected delivery time.
When will I be billed?
You pick a monthly payment date that works best for you. This date can also be changed in your account settings whenever you need it to.
Is there a subscription contract?
No lengthy contracts needed. You can cancel or pause your Myprotein subscription at any time and restart when it suits you.
Can I pause the subscription?
If you need a break, you can pause your subscription. You can restart it whenever you are ready!
