1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
- Add 50g (approx. 1 ¾ scoops) of powder to your mug of choice. Add 70ml of water or milk to the powder and mix to a paste. Microwave on 800 watts (or similar) for 40-50 seconds, until the cake rises. Leave to stand for 30 seconds, eat and enjoy! Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
