Your garden party showstopper.

With summer just around the corner,

must’ve heard us crying out for some refreshing Clear Whey recipes. It might sound dramatic, but wait until it’s the height of summer and you’re seeking out the perfect high-protein treat. Then you’ll understand our desperation.

And what’s better than jelly? It’ll transport you straight back to your childhood, satisfy your sweet tooth, and you won’t be spending hours in the kitchen. The only downside? Waiting for it to set. Let me tell you, it's just as hard now as it was when you were a child. Longest four hours ever.

Servings:  1 jelly

Ingredients

  • 1scoop Clear Whey
  • 300ml water
  • 12g gelatine powder
  • 300g fresh berries

Instructions

  1. First, add the water and Clear Whey into a shaker, then mix until fully combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into a pan and sprinkle in the gelatine

  3. Leave for about five minutes, then switch on the hob and warm up the liquid.

  4. Make sure the mixture doesn’t boil; it just needs to warm up a little. Mix with a whisk. It’s ready when the gelatin dissolves completely — this should take less than a minute.

  5. Add the fruit to a loaf tin and pour the liquid jelly on top.

  6. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours or until completely set.

If she’s not in the kitchen, she’s tucked up with a book for an early night, or you’ll find her in the gym working up a sweat. Afterall, all those carbs require quite the appetite.
