Helen is a qualified personal trainer, yoga instructor and dietician who enjoys writing in her
free time. Helen has a passion for helping beginners get into fitness and yoga, and helping them to change their lifestyle habits. In September, Helen will be starting her physiotherapy degree at university.
Previous work has included articles for Nerd Fitness and Yoga Journal, as well as helping many
students with academic reports. Helen also has lots of experience teaching and training clients. Her experience has ranged from helping create diet plans for people suffering from diabetes to teaching yoga to people of all skill levels.
Helen regularly refreshes her knowledge and understanding by attending professional events to maintain her high level of knowledge. In her spare time, Helen practises martial arts – and has done so for 10 years. She also enjoys going for long walks, playing tennis, and continuing to improve her yoga skills.
