1Wow really sickly and nauseous within minutes of taking 1 tablet. What on earth caused it, I don't know. I've taken b vitamin supplements before but never reacted like this. I had to lie down in a dark room for an hour! Goes Well With:Just don't.

A little energy boost
5I take this just after lunch to help with the afternoon energy slump or sometimes in the morning if im lacking energy. They do what i need them to and would highly recommend them.

4I recommend these, I notice a clear different in my energy levels if I don’t take these for a few days the mid day drop in energy levels happens.

5Couldn’t recommend them enough I was sceptical at the start but after being on them for a while I decided to stop taking them to see if my energy levels would drop, they did. I haven’t been off them since and feel the effectiveness of them. Recommend on the back of my experience of them.

4Easy to swallow although they are on the bigger side. I was just looking for something to help improve my eye health and these are perfect especially because they are also vegan :) highly recommend

Essential to combat spring fatigue
5I ordered this to cure my spring fatigue and boost my energy levels. So far so good! The pills are quite big and the smell is not the best but they work well.
