ignore the bad reviews and atleast give it a try

does not taste bad at all, it does take a while to mix but it will stop being lumpy if you stir every 2 minutes for 10 seconds for 10 minutes, fill to top with boiling water.
the nutrition value is great and am seeing great results leaning up with this product.
