I love this product. I get an awesome pump at the gym. It’s a must for me before my workout. 

I have spent the past couple of weeks with these trying to figure out what I'm missing. Following the guidance - 3 pills 30 mins before exercising - I get NO discernable pump at all. No muscle dilation, no extra tension, no swelling in any body part, nothing. There is no aftertaste, nothing wrong there. They just don't do anything at all. These were slightly cheaper than Pump No. 1 (and other than ingredients I have no I idea what the difference is between the two) so maybe I got what I deserved my scrimping on cost. Total waste of time. Goes Well With: The bin.
