The product seems to be good quality. It is really finely milled and therefore mixes really well. It is much nicer in a hot drink like tea or drinking chocolate as it doesn't taste that nice otherwise. Not sure whether it's actually doing anything for my skin, hair or tendons: I haven't seen any difference in my hair or skin - both are still really dry! And i am still getting injured in the gym simply doing my regular workouts. I am in mid-life so was hoping taking this collagen would help strengthen my muscles / tendons but it doesn't seem to have helped much over the last 6 months that i have been taking it daily. May be it takes a little longer to show true benefits? I'll give it a couple more months... Goes Well With: In a hot drink
