Let me be straight, this will not make you lose weight. However it may aid your weight loss in the sense it does help to minimise cravings. The taste is kinda nice, my brother loved it and my mum wasn't a fan, it depends on the person it's like an apply gelatinous taste. Simple gummie delivery method. Tastes as you’d expect apple cider too. Only half way through a course, but seem to be having a decent effect.
